A half-ton pickup truck (Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado 1500, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra) or larger with a Class III or Class IV hitch and a tow rating of at least 6,000 lbs. The combined weight of the machine and trailer is approximately 6,000–7,500 lbs. Most full-size pickups in our area meet this requirement. Not sure about your truck? Yes — always. Each machine has its own dedicated gravity-tilt equipment trailer that comes with every rental at no extra charge. This is one of the key ways we differ from large national chains, which typically charge $150–$400 for delivery on top of the machine rate.

We use gravity-tilt trailers — the deck tilts automatically as the machine drives onto it, no ramps needed. We walk you through the loading and unloading procedure at every pickup. It's straightforward once you've seen it done once.

No experience needed. We provide a free operator walkthrough at every pickup — controls, safety basics, and how to load and unload the trailer. Most first-time renters are comfortable and confident within 20–30 minutes of operating. We're available by phone or text during your rental if you have questions.

Call or text us. We're available 7 days a week during rental hours and happy to walk you through any issue over the phone. We know these machines well and can usually talk you through any situation quickly.

Our mini excavator (Huayee SHY 15) rents for $150 for a half-day (4 hours), $225 for a full day, $350 for a weekend (Friday pickup through Monday return), and $725 for a full week. All rates include the dedicated equipment trailer — no separate delivery charge for customer pickups.

The Huayee LHY 680 mini skid steer rents for $135 half-day, $200 full day, $310 weekend, and $650 per week. Trailer included. Pallet forks and box blade are available at no extra charge. Grapple and auger are $35/day each.

Weekend rental runs Friday pickup through Monday return and counts as a 2-day rate — not 3 days. Excavator weekend: $350. Skid steer weekend: $310. This gives you the full weekend to complete your project at a fair rate.

Weekday rentals: 1–2 days is usually fine. Weekend rentals: 3–5 days in advance recommended, especially in spring (March–May) and fall (September–October). Call or text (423) 555-0100 and we'll check availability right away.

Yes — and renting both together saves you money. Full day combo rate is $385 (vs $425 separately). Weekend combo is $575. You'll need two separate tow vehicles since each machine has its own dedicated trailer, or you can make two trips.

Yes. Delivery is $150 one way within 15 miles of Soddy Daisy. Beyond 15 miles, mileage-based rates apply. Let us know when booking and we'll schedule delivery and pickup around your project timeline.

Full-to-full. The machine is provided with a full tank and should be returned full. If returned low, a flat $40 refueling fee applies. We photograph the fuel gauge at pickup to document the starting level.

Yes — a refundable deposit of $300–$500 per machine is collected at pickup by credit card. It's returned after the machine and trailer are inspected on return and confirmed to be in the same condition as when rented.

We offer an optional Damage Waiver at 12–15% of the rental rate that covers minor accidental damage up to $500. Without the waiver, the renter is responsible for repair costs for damage occurring during the rental period. We document machine condition with photos at every pickup.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards (via Square), Venmo, and Zelle. A deposit is required at time of booking for weekend and weekly rentals.
